I welcome Delhi journalist Jarnail Singh’s act of courage of throwing shoe at the Chidambaram’s face but then I am equally disappointed by the act done by a senior journalist on the account of losing his patience by hearing the fact that CBI has given clean chit to Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar in the case of Anti –Sikh Riots of 1984.
Personally I am opinioned that shoe chucking is not a glorious act of dissent which was first started by Iraqi Journalist. This is no response to fight injustice. What I feared has started to catch up. Recently, a teacher threw shoe at Navin Jindal. Now for resentment people, citizens, teachers, journalists or let’s put all together the common man have a way to let out their frustration.
On talking to my friends about this incident, all replied in affirmation, that these politicians should be treated like this. If taken the Individual pain and anger even I think, he did the right job.
Then my confusion grows stronger as to why should a person perform such as act of disrespect towards our ‘constitutional heads’. After all this is ‘probably’ one thing we respect most.
Oh !
I believe a lot of confusion has enthralled my mind. Its better that I deviate my mind .Neither I want to defy Mr. Singh’s action on account of freedom of speech and expression right as given by constitution to every individual citizen of India nor can I say it as an act done ‘just’ to show resentment against our functional judiciary and politicians.
