Ever since the globalisation, internet has acted as a catalyst to bring forward the branches of liberalization together .
Bringing many countries together but still it has not been successful. Even after the 17 years of globalisation in India ,she still comes under the category of the digital divide. We are far behind the 3Gtechnologies and super computers. Internet is still not international. When i say international certainly it means internet usage in the india in comparision with the other countries, which is really minimal.India on the great turn over of becoming a super power.
According to the Internet World Wide stats where in internet penetraton is 69% in North America and 54 % in Australia /Oceanic still Asia is 12% where in india is also a part of it. Still what we called as Internet Searching and Exploration is not expert Internet searching beacuse many of us still does not know about the offline Html and the basic FTP technologies used in seaching the required material on the net.
Further , the internet in our India in the rural parts have not penerated much . What we considered as a best model of E-governance in Punjab that actually had been a cup of coffee for many of our international front competitors.
What lacks in most of all us is the reluctance to use the technology. We can not deny the fact that so called our educated parents (not to be offensive)are least bothered about what their children are doing on the internet For them the life is confined only to make calls n pick calls on Mobiles. Forget about they using the virtual cameras and the line or RSS feeds.
Our reluctance to the technologyis becuase we never felt the need to produce it .India and the other third world countries have always been fed upon the technology by the developed countries. Whenever we tried to raise our standard , sanctions were imposed from the international market.Productive technologies have never been an indian cup of tea.Our Indian managers are generally labour oriented working in the textile and the farms . Major chunk of our labour force in uneducated and outside establised.
How can one dream of the India becoming a tech savy country ? It is still an expensive job for our rural friends , how to soleve the problem?

Happy to help !!!
India, my fabulous country, born out of the culture of the sharing and the caring not only at the international front but also at family level. India on the international front has always been a helping hand for its neighbors and friends so are its local inhabitants.
Happiness and sweets are shared not only on Diwali or Id but at localized gatherings too like Kitty parties and family gathering. On close observation on these gatherings one will definitely find this exchanging symptom. Moms and aunts do keep exchanging saris and suits; so that they can flaunt their clothing collection. To some extend I guess it gives them the opportunity to proudly bitch about the other female. It keeps them so engrossed that they actually prepare a list of the kind of saris she wore on that last particular event.
A similar incident occurred last week when my mom had to go in her kitty party and as usual her all sari collection was used up. Dull and pale she had no idea what to wear for the event. Then suddenly my maternal aunt called in up to tell about her recent purchasing of crockery. It reminded my mom of the saris my aunt bought last week. She was so jubilant of the thought of borrowing that she just jumped in to ask for the dress. And to her much expectation she found the one.
This sharing business is so real and practical that people specially aunts find it easy to relate and work upon. They would borrow clothes, accessories and other household stuffs to flaunt as their own in front of guests or in parties as the case may be. They have this smart business of lending out unwanted and extra stuff that usually comes in the form of gifts, depending upon this very characteristic of the ‘kind’ of the person / party is on the other side is.
